Duckweed snorted and nudged him with her elbow. “Everyone knows that all babies are born with blue hair.”
But I’m probably one of them. Heh.
At any rate, Pokemon Pearl has been sucking up my attention of late. After turning in four games, I only had to pay about eight bucks for it, which was awesome — it wasn’t even a used game, it was brand new!
Also speaking of Pokemon, Cartoon Network has been showing Pokemon Chronicles. The villains of PC are a couple of Team Rocket members, named Atilla and Hun… They’ve got Hun voiced by a woman, and refer to Hun as ’she’ and ‘her’, but I don’t think that Hun’s a woman (in the original Japanese version). If she is…well, let’s just say that Marina, May, and Misty all have larger bustlines than Hun. *Shrug* Not that I’m saying that’s wrong, — just strange, considering that all the other women in the Pokemon universes sport obvious secondary sexual characteristics.
Ooh! I just checked and I’m right! According to the Wikipedia article about PC, Hun was indeed a man in the original Japanese version.
I love making cups and bowls out of clay… But it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to afford any sort of class or studio time until I get a job. *Sigh* *Pokes things*

It’s only tangentially related, but since people keep trying to make the connection, I’ll say it:
Playing a video game in which you kill people, no matter how graphically gory and/or realistic, IS NOT THE SAME as actually picking up a gun and killing a person.
Guns are heavy, guns have a distinct scent, guns are VERY VERY different from video game controllers. There’s no way that you can translate pressing a button into pulling a trigger.
They’ll say, “um, no, no it’s not.”
Why? Because it’s a takoyaki pan with a single long handle, instead of two short ones, and fewer cooking-depressions besides. The ‘Pancake Puff Pan‘ (warning: commercial that you can’t turn off) is “revolutionary” in the same way a frying pan is “revolutionary” — that is, only if you’ve never seen one before. *Snerk* The commercial promises you a year’s supply of “wooden turning sticks”, which are merely skewers… The kind you can buy for grilling. Guh.

Because of things like this:
1 bed, 1 bath — $595 – $645 — 625 – 750 sq. ft.
2 bed, 1 bath — $695 – $750 — 1025 – 1150 sq ft
3 bed, 1 bath — $775 – $850 — 1150 – 1200 sq ft
Granted, if I was going to move into a 3-bedroom place, I’d want at least 2 bathrooms. But seriously, less rent than I’m paying now for twice as much room? It’s very very tempting.
